Returns and Refund Policy
You can return any item purchased from Towing World by calling our customer service department at 800-566-9869 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges will only be refunded if Towing World ships the wrong item or if the item is damaged in shipment.

There is a 15% restock fee for all items that are returned, or if shipment was refused, or if the order was cancelled.

Please do not return an item without a RMA number. Towing World will refuse all packages returned without an RMA number. When returning an item please indicate the RMA number by writing it on the outside of the box. Ship all returns to the following address:
